General Fitness Assessment

The goal of the general Fitness Assessment is to provide a simple, safe, and standardized approach to assessing the major components of fitness in apparently healthy individuals and to interpret these assessments based on norms and percentiles for men and women from 13 years of age. It will assess all your fitness components like flexibility, muscular strength, balance, co-ordination and stamina.

Program Design

A sport program is a planned and progressive sequencing of activities. The goal of the program is to foster athletes’ athletic development and sport form over time. Our experienced team will provide you a unique programme which will have a well-defined time dimension, events, intentions, objectives, structure, progression, adjustment and evaluation.
